Brittany Blizzard

Brittany Blizzard is a New Bern native, raised in the Brices Creek area. After graduating New Bern Highschool, she found herself at East Carolina University where she graduated in with a Sociology degree in Marriage and Family Relations. She married her Husband Ryan, who is a local builder, in 2014.

Brittany began her career in Real Estate in 2013 as a property management assistant, going on to become a Property Manager in 2014. In 2015 she transitioned to the sales department and in 2016 also became an Association Manager. She was voted "Reader's Choice Best Real Estate Agent in 2017". In 2018, she became a Co-Owner of Neuse Realty.

As of 2026, she is serving as President of the Neuse River Region Association of Realtors. She is also serving as the Chair for Professional Standards Committee. In April of 2024, she successfully completed the necessary training to obtain the Accredited Buyer's Representative and Military Relocation Professional designations.

Brittany possesses both the emotional intelligence and professional poise that are necessary to be successful in Real Estate. Together with her background in property management and exceptional knowledge of the local market, she produces optimal results.
